Do you clean inside and outside?
Yes — both are included as standard on residential jobs. For commercial properties, let us know if you need interior access arranged and we’ll factor it into the quote.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Every 6–12 months suits most Melbourne properties. More often near the bay, where salt spray builds up faster, and more often again for commercial storefronts where presentation matters daily.
Can you reach multi-storey or high-rise windows?
Up to seven storeys, yes. Our carbon fibre water-fed poles reach that high, which means most multi-storey buildings don’t need scaffolding or a cherry picker — a significant saving on both cost and disruption.
What is a pure water system, and why does it matter?
Ordinary tap water carries dissolved minerals, and when it dries on glass those minerals are what leave spots. Our system strips them out first, so the glass dries clear with no squeegee marks and no residue — which is how we clean at height without touching the pane.
Will you clean the frames and tracks too?
Yes — frames, tracks and sills are included in every clean, not just the glass. We do them first so nothing washes back down onto a finished pane.
Can you remove paint or hard water stains?
Usually. We carry professional glass scrapers for paint flecks, adhesive and building residue, and we treat hard water marks rather than just wiping them. Very old mineral etching may lighten rather than disappear — we’ll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior-only cleans, if we have safe access. For interior access we’ll confirm a suitable time when you book.
Are you insured?
